Da Lasa's supporters rose to their feet, but Casper Lindholm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfred Låsberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kevin Arenstedt hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. When Djurgårdens IF's Hans Lundkvist in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucas Söderlund made a kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Aron Bark who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Da Lasa's Ture Lundgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Aron Bark's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ture Lundgren was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. In the 57th minute of the match Linus Forsberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ture Lundgren skillfully saved the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Da Lasa's goalkeeper Ture Lundgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hans Lundkvist. The supporters of Da Lasa booed when Djurgårdens IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Linus Forsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hans Lundkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Ture Lundgren made a huge save. Ture Lundgren was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marcus Sjöberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 80 minute of play. After 84 played minutes Da Lasa got a freekick which was hit by Harry Göransson. Marcus Sjöberg kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Hans Lundkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ture Lundgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ture Lundgren made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Hans Lundkvist sent off a good shot on target. The Djurgårdens IF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Djurgårdens IF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
