Albert Runberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernt Blom in the 4th minute of the match. After having played for 7 minutes, Wilhelm Alströmmer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gånghester's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilhelm Alströmmer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wilhelm Alströmmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunnar Sandwall having to interfere. Sixten Högman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Gunnar Sandwall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilhelm Alströmmer in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gunnar Sandwall saved Ballbreaker FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Ballbreaker FC's Vilhelm Björling got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ballbreaker FC's goalkeeper Gunnar Sandwall, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vilhelm Björling hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute of the match Dan Willig shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gunnar Sandwall showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Wilhelm Alströmmer received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gunnar Sandwall came out and tried to block the shot, but Wilhelm Alströmmer slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 29th minute. The supporters of Ballbreaker FC booed when Gånghester was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dan Willig didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Bernt Blom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albert Runberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernt Blom in the 37th minute of the match. Sixten Högman in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gunnar Sandwall, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Stefan Bergren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Gånghester's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Blom came free, but Albert Runberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stefan Bergren was the one to do the kick off. Stefan Bergren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bernt Blom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Albert Runberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stefan Bergren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ballbreaker FC's Stefan Bergren in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gånghester's goalie prevented a goal. When Bernt Blom came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Ballbreaker FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernt Blom couldn't finish the play. Sixten Högman took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gunnar Sandwall. Gunnar Sandwall dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 77 minutes into the game, Sixten Högman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Gunnar Sandwall was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Ballbreaker FC defense, Sixten Högman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gunnar Sandwall. The Ballbreaker FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gunnar Sandwall should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernt Blom got free with Albert Runberg in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 94th minute of the match, Stefan Bergren tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Albert Runberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Bernt Blom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Albert Runberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ballbreaker FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gånghester.
