The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vidar Petersson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpected shot in the 12th minute by Ingvar Åhlberg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to Donsö getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Tomas Hallgren hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, FC Bengtzema's Ingvar Åhlberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bengt-Arne Sillén narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jan-Olof Helberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Vidar Petersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Alfons Olofsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Donsö fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. FC Bengtzema's Vidar Petersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Hallgren in the 41st minute of play. The FC Bengtzema players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Donsö were winning 0-3.

Alfons Olofsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Birger Berg lost his temper 66 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 70 played minutes Donsö got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Hallgren. After a defensive mix-up in Donsö's zone, Niklas Jönsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bengt-Arne Sillén came out of the goal and Niklas Jönsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anthon Stensson struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Bengt-Arne Sillén didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bengtzema. Bengt-Arne Sillén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niklas Jönsson in the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Tomas Hallgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 79 minutes into the game, Niklas Jönsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Bengt-Arne Sillén was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan-Olof Helberg got free with Vidar Petersson in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes into the match, FC Bengtzema's goalkeeper Vidar Petersson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan-Olof Helberg. The supporters of Donsö booed when FC Bengtzema was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Löfdahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Bengtzema's Vidar Petersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfons Olofsson in the 91st minute of play. FC Bengtzema's Niklas Jönsson got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Donsö had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
