A collision led to Grillen BK getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Olle Rönn hit a great ball. Egil Boklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alf Strands short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Edward Ahlroth to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Daniel Björkdal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Olle Rönn fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Edward Ahlroth didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alf Strand went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Alf Strand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Edward Ahlroth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Charlie Axelsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edward Ahlroth. That made the score 2-0 in the 28 minute of play. In the 30th minute, Alf Strand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alf Strand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Edward Ahlroth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35thth minute of the game Egil Boklund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grillen BK's Birger Ekeberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 41 played minutes Pajala IK got a freekick which was hit by Egil Boklund. In the 45th minute, Daniel Björkdal made a precise shot to the right of Edward Ahlroth. Pajala IK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Egil Boklund made a kick off. Olle Rönn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edward Ahlroth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Charlie Axelsson in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edward Ahlroth saved Pajala IK from getting behind. Alf Strand's late challenge caught a Pajala IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alf Strand helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th minute, Alf Strand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grillen BK's Olle Rönn got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, Alf Strand notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Pajala IK's Edward Ahlroth. Edward Ahlroth was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Egil Boklund struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Birger Ekeberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pajala IK. After 77 minutes of play, Grillen BK's Alf Strand made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edward Ahlroth was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86thth minute of the game Alf Strand who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pajala IK's Edward Ahlroth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Grillen BK's Alf Strand in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pajala IK's goalie prevented a goal. Daniel Björkdal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edward Ahlroth having to interfere. In the 96th minute of the match Daniel Björkdal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edward Ahlroth showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the Grillen BK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
