Spectators: 6675 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Uno Ivarsson got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Bengt Nordlander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Olle Jespersson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 8th play minutes Birger Vall shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Olle Jespersson and just under the crossbar into goal. After some careless play in the Enånger RK defense, Christer Karlsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olle Jespersson. The Enånger RK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olle Jespersson should have stopped the shot. When Christer Karlsson came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Älta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christer Karlsson couldn't finish the play. Bengt Nordlander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olle Jespersson having to interfere. Enånger RK's Olle Jespersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger Vall in the 24th minute of play. Christer Karlsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Olle Jespersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sven-Oskar Ekelund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olle Jespersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Oskar Ekelund in the 44th minute of the match. In the 46th match minute, Enånger RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Emil Lingren to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Älta were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christer Karlsson to make the kick off. Christer Karlsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Olle Jespersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Enånger RK's goalkeeper Olle Jespersson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Birger Vall. Kristoffer Västberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Älta's zone, Uno Ivarsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Folke Hagberg came out of the goal and Uno Ivarsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kristoffer Västberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Folke Hagberg having to interfere. Uno Ivarsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Kristoffer Västberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Enånger RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Kristoffer Västberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Folke Hagberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Älta walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
