Spectators: 6667 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Christopher Henriksson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Haparanda BF's Harald Wallmark got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dannike's Dan Termander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Karlberg in the 8th minute of play. Thomas Karlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Termander having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Dannike's goal looked a bit too open when Harald Wallmark came free, but Dan Termander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dan Termander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thomas Karlberg went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Christopher Henriksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Leif Nyström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christopher Henriksson in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leif Nyström saved Haparanda BF from getting behind. Eskil Gustavsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Leif Nyström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Haparanda BF's Erik Bern got a free kick in the 35th minute. Dannike's Dan Termander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Karlberg in the 38th minute of play. Harald Wallmark recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Thomas Karlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thomas Karlberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Valter Edström hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Leif Nyström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christopher Henriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. If Eskil Gustavsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Haparanda BF getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Stefan Bergendahl hit a great ball. Eskil Gustavsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Leif Nyström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th match minute, Dannike was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fred Vall to maneuver through the defense. Leif Sjödin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dan Termander. Dannike's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Harald Wallmark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 1-2 became the score in the 77th minute when Christopher Henriksson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to Haparanda BF getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Björn Isaksson hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the match, Haparanda BF's goal looked a bit too open when Christopher Henriksson came free, but Leif Nyström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harald Wallmark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Termander having to interfere. In the 91st minute Eskil Gustavsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leif Nyström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Dannike's Eskil Gustavsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leif Nyström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Leif Nyström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eskil Gustavsson in the 96th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
