Petter Myr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattias Melander in the 23rd minute of the match. Onsala BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ludvig Lindgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Börge Lilja breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Börge Lilja came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Onsala BK's Ludvig Lindgren. But to his dismay, Ludvig Lindgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Bengt Forsell hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Petter Myr made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Mattias Melander sent off a good shot on target. The Vellinge FK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Vellinge FK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
