After having played for 3 minutes, Inge Nilsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Onsala BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inge Nilsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Ove Eliasson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Onsala BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ove Eliasson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Inge Lidman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 9th minute Ove Eliasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inge Lidman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ove Eliasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inge Lidman having to interfere. Ove Eliasson might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Inge Lidman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ove Eliasson ran back to his position shaking his head. Ludvig Lindgren charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ludvig Lindgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th match minute, Onsala BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludvig Lindgren to maneuver through the defense. Petter Myr made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Per-Åke Ahlqvist sent off a good shot on target. After 21 minutes of play, Onsala BK's Inge Nilsson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Inge Lidman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Inge Nilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 29 minutes, Inge Nilsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Onsala BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inge Nilsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Inge Nilsson notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Mary Janes Krigare's Inge Lidman. Inge Lidman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Inge Nilsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inge Lidman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludvig Lindgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 47thth minute of the game Ludvig Lindgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mary Janes Krigare's Inge Lidman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Inge Nilsson got free with Inge Lidman in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emanuel Jonasson made in the 57th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Onsala BK's Lennart Andersson. The crowd rose to their feet as Lennart Andersson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Inge Lidman. That made the score 0-4 in the 58 minute of play. In the 67th minute, Inge Nilsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Inge Lidman. The goal made the score 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in Mary Janes Krigare's zone, Ove Eliasson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inge Lidman came out of the goal and Ove Eliasson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 81 minutes, Ove Eliasson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Onsala BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ove Eliasson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Onsala BK's Petter Myr played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Lind in the 85th minute of play. Onsala BK's Ludvig Lindgren got his second yellow card of the match in the 86th minute. The referee ordered Ludvig Lindgren off the ground. Onsala BK played a much better game than Mary Janes Krigare and deserved their victory. The Mary Janes Krigare players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
