Kristian Fransson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Brian Löfskog took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joacim Berg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brian Löfskog made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Jack Ingemarsson sent off a good shot on target. Brian Löfskog showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristian Fransson, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 0-1 came in the 40th minute when Magnus Blom all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Arvin Tunander. The Havdhem FF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Iggesund IF were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kristian Fransson to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Kristian Fransson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Havdhem FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Kristian Fransson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brian Löfskog breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 57 minutes into the match, Jack Ingemarsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Brian Löfskog. Iggesund IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jack Ingemarsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Iggesund IF's Brian Löfskog played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristian Fransson in the 73rd minute of play. Kristian Fransson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute Kristian Fransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Löfskog saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brian Löfskog came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Havdhem FF's Jack Ingemarsson. But to his dismay, Jack Ingemarsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Kristian Fransson sped through Iggesund IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Brian Löfskog. 95 minutes into the match, Iggesund IF's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Ingemarsson came free, but Brian Löfskog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Iggesund IF booed when Havdhem FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jack Ingemarsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Havdhem FF fully deserved thier win.
