Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Harald Lindholm took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kyrkesund's zone, Peder Alegren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimmie Hedling came out of the goal and Peder Alegren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6th minute, Peder Alegren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erling Andersson hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Sven-Edvin Kalfhage took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jimmie Hedling. Jimmie Hedling dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Tibro FK's goalkeeper Brian Lindström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Falk. Harald Lindholm struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Brian Lindström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kyrkesund. 18 minutes into the game, Villiam Eklund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kyrkesund's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tibro FK the free kick. After 18 played minutes Kyrkesund got a freekick which was hit by Villiam Eklund. The audience was convinced that Harald Lindholm's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Brian Lindström was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Axel Falk in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Brian Lindström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sven-Edvin Kalfhage received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jimmie Hedling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Axel Falk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Brian Lindström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harald Lindholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Peder Alegren to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kyrkesund's goalkeeper Jimmie Hedling, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jimmie Hedling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peder Alegren in the 55th minute of play. After 55 played minutes Kyrkesund got a freekick which was hit by Erling Andersson. Axel Falk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Lindström having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harald Lindholm in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brian Lindström saved Tibro FK from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Tibro FK's Kurt Hellqvist got a free kick in the 65th minute. Brian Lindström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Falk's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Axel Falk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Kyrkesund's Harald Lindholm in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 80th minute, Sven-Edvin Kalfhage made a precise shot to the right of Jimmie Hedling. Kyrkesund's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Sven-Edvin Kalfhage blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jimmie Hedling having to make a save. 85 minutes into the match, Tibro FK's goal looked a bit too open when Harald Lindholm came free, but Brian Lindström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Axel Falk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tibro FK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
