Christer Mogren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bengt Åhman kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Dag Söderlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthias Collin having to interfere. Karl-Michael Kjellberg made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Ove Markusson sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christer Mogren in the 32nd minute of play forced Bureå's goalkeeper Matthias Collin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Dag Söderlund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skottorp RK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 41st minute, Dag Söderlund made a precise shot to the right of Matthias Collin. Bureå's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Christer Mogren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthias Collin having to interfere. In the 53rd minute of the match Bureå got a corner. Skottorp RK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edgar Berglund ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Dag Söderlund fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skottorp RK's protests and gave Dag Söderlund a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Skottorp RK's zone, Edgar Berglund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Michael Kjellberg came out of the goal and Edgar Berglund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matthias Collin acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 59th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Edwin Malmgren. Skottorp RK's Karl-Michael Kjellberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Algot Ahlroht in the 64th minute of play. Matthias Collin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dag Söderlund in the 71st minute. Dag Söderlund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matthias Collin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Christer Mogren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matthias Collin was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Dag Söderlund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Matthias Collin made a huge save. Skottorp RK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
