Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jens-Ove Carlberg kicked off to start the match. Patrik Nordlund blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christoffer Westerberg having to make a save. The supporters of Sollebrunn IK booed when Kinnarp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Börje Martinsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christoffer Westerberg was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Harry Böcklund. If Ralf Nyström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egil Walroth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ralf Nyström in the 17th minute of play. After having played for 19 minutes, Patrik Nordlund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sollebrunn IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrik Nordlund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jens-Ove Carlberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christoffer Westerberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Jens-Ove Carlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Christoffer Westerberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jens-Ove Carlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jens-Ove Carlberg in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christoffer Westerberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 29 minutes into the match, Sollebrunn IK's goal looked a bit too open when Ralf Nyström came free, but Egil Walroth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 30 minutes, Ted Björnberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kinnarp and the Sollebrunn IK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th minute, Ted Björnberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Jens-Ove Carlberg came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Sollebrunn IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens-Ove Carlberg couldn't finish the play. Kinnarp's Christoffer Westerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Ove Carlberg in the 35th minute of play. Christoffer Westerberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jonatan Skoog showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 40 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ralf Nyström was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th match minute, Kinnarp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Börje Martinsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Eric Offendahl sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Kinnarp's Christoffer Westerberg didn't even have to move. Kinnarp's Ralf Nyström got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan-Åke Nyberg's late challenge caught a Kinnarp's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jan-Åke Nyberg helped the player get up and apologised. Jan-Åke Nyberg hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Arvid Flink who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Egil Walroth when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ralf Nyström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Egil Walroth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arvid Flink fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egil Walroth having to interfere. Egil Walroth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf Nyström, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Esbjörn Forssell took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Egil Walroth. Sollebrunn IK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arvid Flink received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute.
