After a defensive mix-up in Kinnarp's zone, Fredrik Svanér stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christoffer Westerberg came out of the goal and Fredrik Svanér tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tim Lägdin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christoffer Westerberg having to interfere. In the 98th minute Tim Lägdin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christoffer Westerberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Borås FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
