In the 20th minute Bo-Erik Pettersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Klack saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Stöllet IK getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Jan Falck hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Stöllet IK's Jan Falck got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute of the match Hannes Dalström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Johan Trulsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Bertil Sikström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anders Häger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Johan Trulsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Johan Trulsson made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Bertil Sikström sent off a good shot on target. If Bo-Erik Pettersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tom Klack showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennart Blomkvist in the 43rd minute of the match. 45 minutes into the game, Bo-Erik Pettersson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Tom Klack was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lennart Blomkvist to make the kick off. In the 58th minute Anders Häger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Trulsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 62 minutes, Freddie Håkansson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stöllet IK and the FC Selemba players grew even worse after the yellow card. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Stöllet IK's Leonardo Hasselqvist got a free kick in the 69th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Lennart Blomkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stöllet IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Lennart Blomkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tom Klack breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 80th minute, Anders Häger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lennart Blomkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Tom Klack tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lennart Blomkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Klack having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bertil Sikström in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Johan Trulsson saved Stöllet IK from getting behind. If Bertil Sikström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bertil Sikström during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FC Selemba getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Bertil Sikström hit a great ball. Bo-Erik Pettersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute.
