The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gottfrid Malmberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ankarsvik's Nils-Emil Wahlnäs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Olsmann in the 6th minute of play. The supporters of Ankarsvik booed when Iron FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Olof Sikström didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Harry Olsmann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Nils-Emil Wahlnäs was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 14 minutes, Andreas Sundberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iron FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andreas Sundberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harry Olsmann in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nils-Emil Wahlnäs saved Ankarsvik from getting behind. Nils-Emil Wahlnäs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry Olsmann in the 20th minute of the match. Andreas Sundberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils-Emil Wahlnäs having to interfere. Ankarsvik's Nils-Emil Wahlnäs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Olsmann in the 22nd minute of play. After 27 played minutes, Ankarsvik's Jonas Wallin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gottfrid Malmberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ankarsvik reached it. 29 minutes into the match, Harry Olsmann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nils-Emil Wahlnäs. Ankarsvik's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Harry Olsmann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After some careless play in the Ankarsvik defense, Jonny Bergren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nils-Emil Wahlnäs. The Ankarsvik fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nils-Emil Wahlnäs should have stopped the shot. Harry Olsmann struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Nils-Emil Wahlnäs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Iron FC. Nils-Emil Wahlnäs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry Olsmann in the 38th minute of the match. When Harry Olsmann came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Iron FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Harry Olsmann couldn't finish the play. Nils-Emil Wahlnäs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Olsmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

In the 56th minute, Harry Olsmann reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nils-Emil Wahlnäs. The goal made the score 0-4. In the 59th minute, Iron FC's Harry Olsmann dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nils-Emil Wahlnäs prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 70 minutes, Andreas Sundberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Andreas Sundberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nils-Emil Wahlnäs, 0-7. Ankarsvik's Nils-Emil Wahlnäs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Olsmann in the 88th minute of play.
