Spectators: 7329 (Terracing: 5498, Seating: 1686, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Thor Larsfält started the match with the kick off. After 16 played minutes FC Bajen got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Åke Ekström. Örns Glada Gubbar's Erik Rolandsson got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roger Almqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Joseph Lindholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thor Larsfält, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erik Rolandsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Kurt Jönsson came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the FC Bajen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kurt Jönsson couldn't finish the play. When Roger Almqvist fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Örns Glada Gubbar's protests and gave Roger Almqvist a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Örns Glada Gubbar's Roger Almqvist got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Joseph Lindholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thor Larsfält, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Erik Rolandsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute, Erik Rolandsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Bajen's Carl Kinnman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rickard Hedin in the 39th minute of play. Carl Kinnman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rickard Hedin in the 42nd minute of play. After having played for 43 minutes, Erik Rolandsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Örns Glada Gubbar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erik Rolandsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Örns Glada Gubbar booed when FC Bajen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gottfrid Västberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erik Rolandsson's late challenge caught a FC Bajen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erik Rolandsson helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Örns Glada Gubbar getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Erik Rolandsson hit a great ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erik Rolandsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Thor Larsfält might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joseph Lindholm. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thor Larsfält ran back to his position shaking his head. Rickard Hedin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Carl Kinnman made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erik Rolandsson in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carl Kinnman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 61st match minute, Örns Glada Gubbar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isac Johansson to maneuver through the defense. Thor Larsfält recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Örns Glada Gubbar's zone, Thor Larsfält stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joseph Lindholm came out of the goal and Thor Larsfält tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 66 minutes, Edmund Hägglund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Bajen and the Örns Glada Gubbar players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC Bajen getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Edmund Hägglund hit a great ball. Erik Rolandsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erik Rolandsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carl Kinnman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Rickard Hedin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rickard Hedin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thor Larsfält kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Roger Almqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Carl Kinnman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Rolandsson in the 93rd minute of play. Rickard Hedin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Carl Kinnman made a huge save. When the match was over Örns Glada Gubbar could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Bajen throughout the match.
