Aaron Alebeck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alf Biörnberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Stig Jakobsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aaron Alebeck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig Jakobsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 23 played minutes, Manchester United's Billy Brandin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aaron Alebeck came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Manchester United reached it. Aaron Alebeck was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ramsby Stars LoL's Aaron Alebeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Ahlbom in the 32nd minute of play. After having played for 34 minutes, Alf Biörnberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alf Biörnberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomas Ahlbom struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Aaron Alebeck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manchester United. If Tomas Ahlbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute Simon Billock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kjell-Arne Josefsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig Jakobsson in the 47th minute of play forced Ramsby Stars LoL's goalkeeper Aaron Alebeck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Ahlbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Alebeck having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alf Biörnberg to strike the kick off in the second half. If Alf Biörnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aaron Alebeck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig Jakobsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 74th minute of the match Arne Tönnberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kjell-Arne Josefsson skillfully saved the ball. The Ramsby Stars LoL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Aaron Alebeck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig Jakobsson in the 90th minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Ramsby Stars LoL's Jonas Dalkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kjell-Arne Josefsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Manchester United were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
