Spectators: 7290 (Terracing: 5470, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jörgen Glanselius kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Malte Söderberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paul Brogren was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 7 minutes of play, Pilgrimstad FF's Jörgen Glanselius made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thomas Boklund was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 10th minute, Nils Carlsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Malte Söderberg took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paul Brogren. Paul Brogren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. If Kalle Lägdin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Malte Söderberg succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 20th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils Carlsson in the 24th minute of play forced Alta Montaña FC's goalkeeper Thomas Boklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Alta Montaña FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ingvar Tomasson hit a great ball. If Jörgen Glanselius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thomas Boklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jörgen Glanselius in the 37th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Jörgen Glanselius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mats Gustavsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Thomas Boklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mats Gustavsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Jörgen Glanselius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jörgen Glanselius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Thomas Boklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pilgrimstad FF's Paul Brogren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kalle Lägdin in the 62nd minute of play. When Malte Söderberg came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Alta Montaña FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Malte Söderberg couldn't finish the play. After 67 minutes, Sixten Ahlquist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pilgrimstad FF and the Alta Montaña FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sixten Ahlquist kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pilgrimstad FF's zone, Kalle Lägdin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paul Brogren came out of the goal and Kalle Lägdin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paul Brogren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kalle Lägdin in the 76th minute of play. Malte Söderberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paul Brogren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Nils Carlsson hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, Dan Ekelund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Nils Carlsson took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Thomas Boklund to make any attempt to save it. Pilgrimstad FF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
