A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, Alnarp IF's Kjell-Arne Nyberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Greger Strömberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 16th match minute, Impact TO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henry Hult to maneuver through the defense. Joseph Vikström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Malcolm Tunander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ola Lekberg's late challenge caught a Impact TO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The supporters of Impact TO booed when Alnarp IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timmy Granberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Malcolm Tunander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Joseph Vikström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Uno Wallin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Malcolm Tunander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joseph Vikström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Joseph Vikström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uno Wallin in the 68th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Malcolm Tunander in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joseph Vikström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andreas Forssberg charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andreas Forssberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
