Lima SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bertil Rudberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Bertil Rudberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Lima SK's zone, Klas Ahlqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Axel Västlund came out of the goal and Klas Ahlqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Klas Ahlqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Axel Västlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertil Rudberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jimmy Eckegren to strike the kick off in the second half. Egon Ekenberg charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Egon Ekenberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 52nd match minute, Lima SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egon Ekenberg to maneuver through the defense. Lima SK's Axel Västlund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Lima SK from getting a goal against them. 59 minutes into the game, Klas Ahlqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Axel Västlund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Abborrträsk booed when Lima SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mats Strömberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abborrträsk's Robin Blue played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Lang in the 80th minute of play. Lima SK's Gustaf Lang got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Abborrträsk had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
