When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stig Arvidsson made a kick off. Inge Brogren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pontus Ahlin in the 54th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, FC Fantasya's goal looked a bit too open when Pontus Ahlin came free, but Inge Brogren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexander Andreasson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Billy Hellström. Åkarp's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Åkarp's Billy Hellström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Åkarp from getting a goal against them. Inge Brogren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Åkarp fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Fantasya had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
