Algot Drake made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Pettersson in the 4th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Emanuel Rudqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Adelsö IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Rudqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Algot Drake breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Henry Pettersson might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Algot Drake. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henry Pettersson ran back to his position shaking his head. Oneunited's Algot Drake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Pettersson in the 15th minute of play. If Henry Pettersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Pettersson in the 22nd minute of play forced Oneunited's goalkeeper Algot Drake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anders Tholsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulf Carlsson in the 27th minute of play forced Adelsö IF's goalkeeper Ulrik Ahlroht to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Henry Pettersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Algot Drake saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Ulrik Ahlroht successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Oneunited's Algot Drake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Pettersson in the 40th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Oneunited's goal looked a bit too open when Edvard Hallgren came free, but Algot Drake reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Henry Pettersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 49th minute Edvard Hallgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Algot Drake saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henry Pettersson was the one to do the kick off. Ulf Carlsson charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulf Carlsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ulf Carlsson hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Algot Drake made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Rudqvist in the 64th minute. Algot Drake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Pettersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Rudqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Emanuel Rudqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Adelsö IF's Algot Drake threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Henry Pettersson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Oneunited booed when Adelsö IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvard Hallgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Henry Pettersson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Adelsö IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Henry Pettersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The shot was stopped by Algot Drake but with some difficulty. When the referee blew the final whistle, Oneunited could leave the field as winners, despite Adelsö IF having more of the ball for most of the match.
