A wasted opportunity for SandhedYoungGuns. Isac Pilblad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flashpoint FC's Bill Boll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Björklund in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Flashpoint FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sture Helström came free, but Bill Boll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bill Boll took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isac Pilblad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bill Boll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertil Ekeberg in the 19th minute of play. If Sebastian Samuelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Isac Pilblad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bill Boll having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Sture Helström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Bill Boll was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sebastian Samuelsson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Simon Brogren skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isac Pilblad stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Roger Wästerberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in SandhedYoungGuns's zone, Sebastian Samuelsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Brogren came out of the goal and Sebastian Samuelsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to SandhedYoungGuns getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Bertil Ekeberg hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the game, Herbert Mellin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Flashpoint FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SandhedYoungGuns the free kick. After 58 played minutes Flashpoint FC got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Mellin. A collision led to Flashpoint FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Hans Lövgren hit a great ball. The supporters of Flashpoint FC booed when SandhedYoungGuns was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils Ahlfors didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Samuelsson in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Simon Brogren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bertil Ekeberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Bill Boll made a huge save. Simon Brogren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Samuelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lukas Bagge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 78 minutes into the match, SandhedYoungGuns's Edwin Björklund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bill Boll narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Flashpoint FC! Isac Pilblad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Bill Boll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flashpoint FC's Roger Wästerberg got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chants of SandhedYoungGuns echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Flashpoint FC had held the ball for most of the match.
