Bill Boll took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melker Ekström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roger Wästerberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Snell having to interfere. Simon Lindqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bill Boll having to interfere. Bill Boll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melker Ekström in the 17th minute of the match. Flashpoint FC's Bill Boll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Berggren in the 18th minute of play. If Melker Ekström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Flashpoint FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Berggren came free, but Bill Boll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bill Boll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melker Ekström in the 25th minute of the match. Bill Boll took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olle Björk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Samuelsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Harry Snell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gunnarn's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Flashpoint FC's zone, Melker Ekström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bill Boll came out of the goal and Melker Ekström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Lukas Bagge managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flashpoint FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lukas Bagge was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harry Snell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Flashpoint FC booed when Gunnarn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olle Björk didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Patrick Berggren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olle Björk was the one to do the kick off. Bill Boll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olle Björk in the 52nd minute of the match. Bill Boll was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Olle Björk capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Olle Björk really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. 57 minutes into the match, Flashpoint FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olle Björk came free, but Bill Boll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flashpoint FC's Bill Boll proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Flashpoint FC from getting a goal against them. Lennart Hök kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Olle Björk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bill Boll having to interfere. Flashpoint FC's Bill Boll proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Flashpoint FC from getting a goal against them. Manfred Brander hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Bill Boll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melker Ekström in the 67th minute of play. Olle Björk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melker Ekströms short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Bill Boll to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Bill Boll came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Gunnarn's Melker Ekström. But to his dismay, Melker Ekström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Harry Snell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Samuelsson's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Berggren in the 92nd minute of play forced Flashpoint FC's goalkeeper Bill Boll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herbert Mellin charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Herbert Mellin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Flashpoint FC's Herbert Mellin got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The Gunnarn supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Gunnarn would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
