After 42 played minutes FC Barcelona got a freekick which was hit by Kent Vall. After a rather tough play, FC Barcelona's Knut Brenner got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Johannes Bern managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hällingsjö IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Johannes Bern was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonas Bennet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ola Kinnman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dennis Engström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Jonas Bennet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Johannes Bern had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dennis Engström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karl Mogren's late challenge caught a FC Barcelona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Hällingsjö IK fully deserved thier win.
