Spectators: 7329 (Terracing: 5498, Seating: 1686, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nils-Erik Svartengren started the match with the kick off. Morgan Tillman charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Morgan Tillman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Morgan Tillman kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Konrad Gustavsson came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Östervåla's Olof Kiempe. But to his dismay, Olof Kiempe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, Östervåla's goal looked a bit too open when Nils-Erik Svartengren came free, but Patrick Apelquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 minutes of play, Östervåla's Vilhelm Högström made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Konrad Gustavsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Konrad Gustavsson came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Östervåla's Olof Kiempe. But to his dismay, Olof Kiempe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Olof Kiempe kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Harry Lindman in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Patrick Apelquist, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 26 minutes, Olof Kiempe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Östervåla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olof Kiempe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 30th minute, Nils-Erik Svartengren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olof Kiempe in the 31st minute of play forced Kvarnö FC's goalkeeper Konrad Gustavsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Harry Lindman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vilhelm Högström struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Konrad Gustavsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Östervåla. In the 45th minute Olof Kiempe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konrad Gustavsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olof Kiempe struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Konrad Gustavsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Östervåla. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olof Kiempe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olof Kiempe got free with Konrad Gustavsson in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 53 minutes into the game, Harald Linquist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Konrad Gustavsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Kvarnö FC's zone, Olof Kiempe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Konrad Gustavsson came out of the goal and Olof Kiempe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Kvarnö FC booed when Östervåla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Björn Hellgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olof Kiempe struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Konrad Gustavsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Östervåla. The crowd rose to their feet as Östervåla's Harald Linquist slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Konrad Gustavsson. That made the score 0-5 after 74 minutes of play. Olof Kiempe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Konrad Gustavsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Olof Kiempe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vilhelm Högström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Konrad Gustavsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 91 in the game by Olof Kiempe from a close distance when the talented Konrad Gustavsson managed to make a qualified save. Kvarnö FC's players were relieved. Östervåla played a much better game than Kvarnö FC and deserved their victory. The Kvarnö FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
