Viktor Öman charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Viktor Öman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Brottby SK booed when Abborrträsk BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Öman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Ånger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 18th minute, Sven-Olof Björkman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Abborrträsk BK's goalkeeper Felix Ånger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alex Forssell during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 24 played minutes Abborrträsk BK got a freekick which was hit by Alex Forssell. Per-Oskar Svensson was a little too slow when Andréas Söderström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 1-2. Björn Kvick's late challenge caught a Brottby SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Björn Kvick helped the player get up and apologised. After 36 played minutes Abborrträsk BK got a freekick which was hit by Björn Kvick. In the 42nd minute, Björn Kvick made a precise shot to the right of Per-Oskar Svensson. Brottby SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Bertil Falkrantz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felix Ånger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andréas Söderström was the one to do the kick off. Jonathan Österberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Ånger having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Bertil Falkrantz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Felix Ånger. That made the score 2-3 in the 57 minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Andréas Söderström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Per-Oskar Svensson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Österberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Felix Ånger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Ånger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Österberg in the 70th minute of play. Jonathan Österberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felix Ånger having to make a save. In the 74th minute, Bertil Falkrantz made a precise shot to the right of Felix Ånger. Abborrträsk BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. After 77 played minutes Brottby SK got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Olof Björkman. Per-Oskar Svensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andréas Söderström in the 78th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tord Bergqvist during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Andréas Söderström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
