With his leg Tomas Blom managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Havstenssund's Ola Göransson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Havstenssund fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Havstenssund's Ola Göransson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ola Göransson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomas Blom prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomas Blom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Knut Bock in the 59th minute of play. Tomas Blom stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Knut Bock's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Tomas Blom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ola Göransson, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Ola Göransson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Tomas Blom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Havstenssund were furious when Jan-Erik Pihlgren was red carded, 67 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Knut Bock struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Tomas Blom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Havstenssund. Sten Bergström charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sten Bergström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 85th minute, Sten Bergström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Sturefors IK's zone, Knut Bock stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomas Blom came out of the goal and Knut Bock tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Sturefors IK's Freddie Beckman got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Knut Bock's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomas Blom read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. If Knut Bock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Havstenssund had played much better football throughout.
