Spectators: 7065 (Terracing: 5404, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 5) Rickard Sundling started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulf Säfström in the 10th minute of play forced Helrör FC's goalkeeper Ivan Olsmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Helrör FC's Rickard Sundling sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nils-Emil Sundström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Daniel Gustafsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nils-Emil Sundström was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Nils-Emil Sundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivar Allbom in the 21st minute of the match. Nils-Emil Sundström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rickard Sundling in the 22nd minute of play. When TOPPTRIM's Tommy Utter in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Helrör FC's goalie prevented a goal. Daniel Gustafsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils-Emil Sundström having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, Helrör FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Ryberg to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Rickard Sundling kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nils-Emil Sundström. That made the score 2-0 in the 45 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

If Ulf Säfström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hans Ryberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Nils-Emil Sundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivan Olsmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charles Ström in the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Charles Ström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Olsmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute, Tommy Utter made a precise shot to the right of Ivan Olsmann. Helrör FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Tommy Utter's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivan Olsmann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. If Ulf Säfström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kristian Viberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When TOPPTRIM's Ulf Säfström in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Helrör FC's goalie prevented a goal. Helrör FC's Ivan Olsmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charles Ström in the 82nd minute of play. When Ulf Säfström came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the TOPPTRIM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulf Säfström couldn't finish the play. In the 89th match minute, Helrör FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Ryberg to maneuver through the defense. Helrör FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Ulf Säfström scored to the left of an out of position Ivan Olsmann, making the score, 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the TOPPTRIM players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
