Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edwin Palmquist got the match started through his kick off. Valter Beck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anders Lindsten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 3 played minutes Hallsberg got a freekick which was hit by Olof Sillén. In the 9th minute, Anders Lindsten made a precise shot to the right of Valter Beck. Hallsberg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edwin Palmquist in the 14th minute of play forced SK Höjden's goalkeeper Elliott Hedman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stefan Wästerberg in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valter Beck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anders Lindsten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Valter Beck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, SK Höjden's goal looked a bit too open when Edwin Palmquist came free, but Elliott Hedman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Edwin Palmquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anders Lindsten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valter Beck having to interfere. When Herbert Ahlbom fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SK Höjden's protests and gave Herbert Ahlbom a yellow card for diving instead. Herbert Ahlbom kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Olov Skröder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stefan Wästerberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee gave SK Höjden a penalty, 55 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Torgny Ånger, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hallsberg's Valter Beck. 1-2. Valter Beck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Wästerberg in the 59th minute of the match. Anders Lindsten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valter Beck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Valter Beck made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Anders Lindsten sent off a good shot on target. 66 minutes into the match, Hallsberg's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Wästerberg came free, but Valter Beck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Hallsberg's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Wästerberg came free, but Valter Beck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivan Björk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elliott Hedman having to make a save. In the 94th minute Ivan Björk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliott Hedman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olov Skröder struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Elliott Hedman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hallsberg. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SK Höjden walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
