Norino Olate started the match with the kick off. If Per-Åke Asplund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuel Hammarström scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tobias Bergström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Assyriska BK's Edgar Nordgren quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ulf Pihlgren, made in the 13th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tim Askberg in the 15th minute of play forced Assyriska BK's goalkeeper Tobias Bergström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Hammarström took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tobias Bergström. Tobias Bergström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Tobias Bergström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Hammarström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC Oxie booed when Assyriska BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Nordgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jens-Ove Bock didn't quite understand what happened when in the 36 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After 42 played minutes, FC Oxie's Ulf Pihlgren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tobias Bergström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Oxie reached it. Tobias Bergström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Askberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.

Edgar Nordgren's late challenge caught a FC Oxie's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgar Nordgren helped the player get up and apologised. Edgar Nordgren kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Joar Pihlwall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the game, Joar Pihlwall recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tobias Bergström. Joar Pihlwall showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Tobias Bergström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tim Askberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tim Askberg in the 68th minute of play forced Assyriska BK's goalkeeper Tobias Bergström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andreas Browald came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Assyriska BK's Norino Olate. But to his dismay, Norino Olate quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Joar Pihlwall received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tobias Bergström came out and tried to block the shot, but Joar Pihlwall slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 77th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Ulf Pihlgren in the 81st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Assyriska BK's Edgar Nordgren. Per-Åke Asplund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Tobias Bergström made a huge save. 89 minutes into the match, Emanuel Hammarström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tobias Bergström, 1-6. In the 92nd match minute, Assyriska BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Nordgren to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the match, FC Oxie's goal looked a bit too open when Norino Olate came free, but Andreas Browald reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
