Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Marc Berggren started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Jörn Ugla kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Marc Berggren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17thth minute of the game Knut Björck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peking Stars's Marcus Eckegren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Göteborg! Göteborg's Hubert Morat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jörn Ugla in the 35th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Göteborg's Knut Björck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcus Eckegren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Allan Hjortsberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Eckegren having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Knut Björck to make the kick off. Peking Stars's Marc Berggren got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 60 minutes, Allan Hjortsberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Göteborg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Allan Hjortsberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jörn Ugla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hubert Morat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Berggren in the 73rd minute of the match. Jörn Uglas short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Hubert Morat to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jörn Ugla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hubert Morat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marc Berggren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Strömberg during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 78th minute, Joel Strömberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Sten Alfors dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hubert Morat, 0-2. The audience was convinced that Knut Björck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcus Eckegren was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. 95 minutes into the match, Jörn Ugla dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hubert Morat, 0-3.
