They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ingvar Hård made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Klas Ståhlberg got free with Kurt Lidberg in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kurt Lidberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Klas Ståhlberg in the 67th minute. Färjestaden BF's Kurt Lidberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingvar Hård in the 70th minute of play. Ingvar Hård struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Kurt Lidberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bruzaholm. 96 minutes into the match, Färjestaden BF's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Hård came free, but Kurt Lidberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Bruzaholm players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
