The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Zulus getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Allan Kämpe hit a great ball. Zulus's Andreas Björk got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Floda IF getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Måns Västerstrand hit a great ball. Andreas Björk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Gustaf Viklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustaf Viklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jörn Lund in the 21st minute of the match. Gustaf Viklund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andreas Björk's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Andreas Björk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 28th minute, Jörn Lund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zulus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 31st play minutes Andreas Björk shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Gustaf Viklund and just under the crossbar into goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jörn Lund in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustaf Viklund saved Floda IF from getting behind. 38 minutes into the game, Erik Sundin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zulus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Floda IF the free kick. A collision led to Zulus getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Erik Sundin hit a great ball. Floda IF were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Zulus's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Viktor Blom took the corner. In the 44th minute Andreas Björk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaf Viklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Floda IF's goalkeeper Gustaf Viklund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Jörn Lund's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Gustaf Viklund skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jörn Lund succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 55th playminute. In the 60th minute, Jörn Lund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustaf Viklund was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Zulus's Erik Bäck shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 68th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gustaf Viklund but with some difficulty. Gustaf Viklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Björk in the 71st minute of the match. Gustaf Viklund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jörn Lund in the 73rd minute. After 74 minutes, Jörn Lund made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Floda IF's Gustaf Viklund tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Zulus's Andreas Björk in 78 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Gustaf Viklund guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Jörn Lund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustaf Viklund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Andreas Björk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jörn Lund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torbjörn Hellström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zulus's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
