Spectators: 7142 (Terracing: 5467, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andreas Björk started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Victor Bergqvist fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Björn Nyqvist, passed just outside the right post. 5 minutes into the match, Zulus's Andreas Björk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Mårtensson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Jörn Lund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Mårtensson was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Björn Nyqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingvar Billvall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Ervalla's Ingvar Billvall slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Björn Nyqvist. That made the score 2-0 after 19 minutes of play. Ervalla's Bengt Alströmmer got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Andreas Björk came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Zulus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andreas Björk couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Ervalla getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Bengt Alströmmer hit a great ball. Jörn Lund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Tommy Mårtensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per-Oskar Wallmark kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After 38 minutes of play, Zulus's Andreas Björk made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Mårtensson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jörn Lund struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Tommy Mårtensson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zulus.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ingvar Billvall to make the kick off. Jörn Lund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Victor Bergqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jörn Lund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erik Sundin kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. If Victor Bergqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ingvar Billvall might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Björn Nyqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ingvar Billvall ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Ervalla booed when Zulus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Bäck didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jörn Lund got free with Tommy Mårtensson in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 73 minutes into the match, Ervalla's goalkeeper Tommy Mårtensson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jörn Lund. 75 minutes into the match, Zulus's Jörn Lund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Mårtensson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Ervalla's zone, Jörn Lund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Mårtensson came out of the goal and Jörn Lund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Zulus booed when Ervalla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Oskar Wallmark didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 82 minutes, Andreas Björk made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Ervalla's Tommy Mårtensson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Jörn Lund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zulus were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Ervalla to leave the ground with a draw.
