In the 23rd minute Robin Sjöberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvin Björklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvin Björklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Stensson in the 27th minute of play. Algutsrum IF's Alvin Björklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Stensson in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, David Stensson made a precise shot to the right of Alvin Björklund. Algutsrum IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When David Stensson fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sunhultsbrunn's protests and gave David Stensson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 41st match minute, Sunhultsbrunn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Stensson to maneuver through the defense. Sunhultsbrunn's Emil Andberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tor Pil in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robin Sjöberg in the 46th minute of play forced Algutsrum IF's goalkeeper Alvin Björklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Robin Sjöberg made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lars-Erik Ambjörnsson in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emil Andberg saved Sunhultsbrunn from getting behind. Sunhultsbrunn's Emil Andberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Sjögren in the 57th minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Mattias Ekgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Emil Andberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Henry Almqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match.
