Marcus Axelsson ran back to his position shaking his head. 11 minutes into the match, Jim Hedvall notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Luxostars IF's Eddie Nykvist. Eddie Nykvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Lars Svanström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eddie Nykvist was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. A collision led to Luxostars IF getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Sten Ekegren hit a great ball. Eddie Nykvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lars Svanström's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. 21 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Trinity's Lars Svanström fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lars Svanström in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eddie Nykvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Roger Holms short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Jarl Holmgren to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Marcus Axelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trinity's Lars Svanström got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Luxostars IF's Leif Lindgren got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 36th minute, Lars Svanström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eddie Nykvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lars Svanström's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Hubert Lindell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eddie Nykvist having to interfere. Birger Jönsson lost his temper 46 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Trinity! After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When Marcus Axelsson came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Trinity fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus Axelsson couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of Trinity:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Luxostars IF:s goal. Trinity's attentive Marcus Axelsson managed to snatch the ball when Leif Lindgren made a throw-in in the 76th minute of the game. Trinity's Marcus Axelsson got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 79 played minutes Jim Hedvall rounded Luxostars IF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-3. After a defensive mix-up in Luxostars IF's zone, Marcus Axelsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eddie Nykvist came out of the goal and Marcus Axelsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sten Ekegren made in the 85th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Trinity's Freddie Stolpe. The audience thought a goal was coming when Freddie Stolpe got free with Eddie Nykvist in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luxostars IF's Eddie Nykvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Luxostars IF from getting a goal against them. In the 87th minute, Ture Käller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Sävström in the 89th minute of play forced Trinity's goalkeeper Jarl Holmgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Freddie Stolpe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eddie Nykvist having to interfere. With a little luck, Luxostars IF's Eddie Nykvist got control of the ball when Freddie Stolpe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jarl Holmgren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonathan Sävström went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. Eddie Nykvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jim Hedvall's shot from short distance in the 100th minute. Luxostars IF succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Trinity had controlled the match.
