If Erland Täman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joar Säv hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Gert Klint blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sverker Eriksson having to make a save. Trollhättan IFK's Sverker Eriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Klint in the 66th minute of play. When Gert Klint came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Tormestorp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gert Klint couldn't finish the play. In the 81st match minute, Trollhättan IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Georg Tinglöf to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Gert Klint managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tormestorp's supporters rose to their feet, but Gert Klint was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sverker Eriksson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Trollhättan IFK's Sverker Eriksson got control of the ball when Erland Täman tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 90thth minute of the game Gert Klint who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trollhättan IFK's Sverker Eriksson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 92nd match minute, Tormestorp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kent Bergvall to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Trollhättan IFK getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Bertil Cane hit a great ball. Sverker Eriksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gert Klint, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Tormestorp's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
