La beneamata 1908's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orvar Gustavsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ove Hagberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 25 minutes into the match, Juggs FC's goalkeeper Thomas Stenqvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Orvar Gustavsson. In the 26th minute, Tomas Lundqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Georg Alströmer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Folke Frisck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Egil Hedström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thomas Stenqvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. If Orvar Gustavsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Georg Alströmer made a kick off. Orvar Gustavsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thomas Stenqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orvar Gustavsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The La beneamata 1908 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Juggs FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Juggs FC.
