In the 27th minute, Egon Dahlberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Egon Dahlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marc Nordin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Carl Karlsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Mossis Pågar IF's zone, Mathias Pååk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Björn Jönsson came out of the goal and Mathias Pååk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marc Nordin hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Mathias Pååk might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Björn Jönsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mathias Pååk ran back to his position shaking his head. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

If Mathias Pååk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Josefsson struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Carl Karlsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mossis Pågar IF. André Josefsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Karlsson having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Josefsson in the 71st minute of play forced Holm IK's goalkeeper Carl Karlsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75thth minute of the game André Josefsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Holm IK's Carl Karlsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Björn Jönsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Egon Dahlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes in the game, Egon Dahlberg dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Björn Jönsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egon Dahlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After 84 played minutes Mossis Pågar IF got a freekick which was hit by Lars Eckegren. A collision led to Mossis Pågar IF getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Alvin Lindqvist hit a great ball. A hard shot 91 in the game by Mathias Pååk from a close distance when the talented Björn Jönsson managed to make a qualified save. Mossis Pågar IF's players were relieved. Alf Ahlroth's late challenge caught a Holm IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alf Ahlroth helped the player get up and apologised. Alf Ahlroth kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mossis Pågar IF's Kent Sjögren got a free kick in the 96th minute. Björn Jönsson came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by Holm IK's Egon Dahlberg. But to his dismay, Egon Dahlberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Holm IK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
