An unexpectedly hard shot by Robin Ahlbeck in the 4th minute of play forced Real Madrid C.F's goalkeeper Jonatan Hjelm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Real Madrid C.F's goalkeeper Jonatan Hjelm had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kristian Bäck. Kristian Bäck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Jonatan Hjelm made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christoffer Lindqvist in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mårten Asklöv saved Öregrund BK from getting behind. Öregrund BK's Mårten Asklöv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herbert Öberg in the 22nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Öregrund BK defense, Herbert Öberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mårten Asklöv. The Öregrund BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mårten Asklöv should have stopped the shot. In the 32nd minute, Herbert Öberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Öregrund BK getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Yngve Arhenius hit a great ball. In the 36th match minute, Öregrund BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Larsson to maneuver through the defense. Kristian Bäck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Jonatan Hjelm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Real Madrid C.F's zone, Robin Ahlbeck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonatan Hjelm came out of the goal and Robin Ahlbeck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christoffer Lindqvist in the 47th minute of play forced Öregrund BK's goalkeeper Mårten Asklöv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herbert Öberg to make the kick off. Jonatan Hjelm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristian Bäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Öregrund BK's Robin Ahlbeck got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kristian Bäck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the game, Herbert Öberg lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Mårten Asklöv. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Madrid C.F's goalkeeper Jonatan Hjelm, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Patrik Hernström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kristian Bäck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robin Ahlbeck struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Jonatan Hjelm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Öregrund BK. In the 77th match minute, Real Madrid C.F was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kurt Bengtsson to maneuver through the defense. Real Madrid C.F's Jonatan Hjelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristian Bäck in the 78th minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, Öregrund BK's Robin Ahlbeck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonatan Hjelm made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Öregrund BK's zone, Herbert Öberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mårten Asklöv came out of the goal and Herbert Öberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jens Lund hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After 93 played minutes Öregrund BK got a freekick which was hit by Yngve Arhenius. Robin Ahlbeck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Hjelm having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Real Madrid C.F had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
