Claes Wållander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 20 played minutes Jesper Kellberg rounded Hedens IF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Östen Henriksson during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 25 played minutes Herrljunga got a freekick which was hit by Östen Henriksson. Torgny Kalfhage didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Villiam Bäckman went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. August Skröder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hedens IF's Claes Wållander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Hedens IF from getting a goal against them. Jesper Kellberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claes Wållander having to interfere. August Skröder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Claes Wållander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Torbjörn Ström made a kick off. Jesper Kellberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claes Wållander having to make a save. Claes Wållander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from August Skröder in the 54th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Marcus Söderberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If August Skröder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute, August Skröder ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claes Wållander was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. 73 minutes into the game, one of Hedens IF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Christer Vallgren struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Claes Wållander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Herrljunga. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Herrljunga's goalkeeper Torgny Kalfhage, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Herrljunga's Torgny Kalfhage proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Herrljunga from getting a goal against them. Claes Wållander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from August Skröder, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Jesper Kellberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Claes Wållander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jesper Kellberg in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claes Wållander saved Hedens IF from getting behind. When Eddie Arvidsson fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hedens IF's protests and gave Eddie Arvidsson a yellow card for diving instead. Christer Vallgren missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 97 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Claes Wållander right hand side. Herrljunga's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
