Alex Gullesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edvard Berggren in the 13th minute of the match. If Edvard Berggren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edvard Berggren in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alex Gullesson saved Eagle IF from getting behind. Jörgen Hellström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Berg, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edvard Berggren to make the kick off. John Berg was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 53rd minute. Eagle IF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Linus Palmkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils Lidman in the 57th minute of play forced Eagle IF's goalkeeper Alex Gullesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Nyhamnsläge booed when Eagle IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Einar Ingvall didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Nils Lidman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eagle IF's Alex Gullesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvard Berggren in the 62nd minute of play. After 73 minutes of play, Nyhamnsläge's Nils Lidman made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alex Gullesson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvard Berggren in the 86th minute of play. Nils Lidman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Gullesson having to interfere. If Edvard Berggren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 96 minutes, Linus Palmkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eagle IF and the Nyhamnsläge players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 96 played minutes Eagle IF got a freekick which was hit by Linus Palmkvist. Nyhamnsläge's Simon Larsson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 97th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Eagle IF. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
