In the 5th minute Viktor Odén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Gullesson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dösjebro IFK's Viktor Odén got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. John Berg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Dösjebro IFK's Gösta Berggren got control of the ball when Henrik Vennersten tried to sneak it across the goal line. Viktor Odén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nils-Emil Bergqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. John Berg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gösta Berggren having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erik Hegg made a kick off. Gösta Berggren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Vennersten in the 54th minute of play. If Kaj Mårtensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute of the match Göran Kilberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gösta Berggren skillfully saved the ball. Gösta Berggren came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Eagle IF's Henrik Vennersten. But to his dismay, Henrik Vennersten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 69 played minutes, Eagle IF's Linus Palmkvist shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gösta Berggren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Eagle IF reached it. A collision led to Eagle IF getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Magnus Frisck hit a great ball. If Viktor Odén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Eagle IF's zone, Viktor Odén stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Gullesson came out of the goal and Viktor Odén tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eagle IF's Henrik Vennersten got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Viktor Odén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Gullesson having to interfere. If John Berg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Magnus Frisck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Gösta Berggren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Dösjebro IFK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Eagle IF.
