In the 7th minute Erland Skoog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Lidström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patrik Lidström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennart Berggren in the 8th minute of play. Erland Skoog struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Patrik Lidström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sono Pazzi Questi Romani. Johan Henriksson's late challenge caught a Lövestad BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Johan Henriksson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th match minute, Sono Pazzi Questi Romani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johan Henriksson to maneuver through the defense. When Lennart Berggren came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Sono Pazzi Questi Romani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lennart Berggren couldn't finish the play. André Lundberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krister Strömqvist in the 24th minute of play. Patrik Lidström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erland Skoog, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Sono Pazzi Questi Romani's André Lundberg got control of the ball when Daniel Carlberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sono Pazzi Questi Romani's Johan Henriksson got a free kick in the 34th minute. Krister Strömqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. André Lundberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sono Pazzi Questi Romani's zone, Krister Strömqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Lundberg came out of the goal and Krister Strömqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lennart Berggren took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patrik Lidström. Patrik Lidström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Krister Strömqvist made a kick off. After 54 minutes, Ivan Söderkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sono Pazzi Questi Romani and the Lövestad BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ivan Söderkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Krister Strömqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Lundberg having to interfere. Aron Söderberg kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the game, Kaj Biörkquist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lövestad BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sono Pazzi Questi Romani the free kick. A collision led to Lövestad BF getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Kaj Biörkquist hit a great ball. Stig-Arne Lång took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Patrik Lidström. Lövestad BF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Daniel Carlberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but André Lundberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Krister Strömqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. André Lundberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Carlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Lundberg having to interfere. André Lundberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krister Strömqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. If Daniel Carlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Ivan Söderkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Krister Strömqvist struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. André Lundberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lövestad BF. Sono Pazzi Questi Romani's André Lundberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krister Strömqvist in the 97th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sono Pazzi Questi Romani walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
