Landskrona Bois's Stig-Åke Wahlström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Landskrona Bois from getting a goal against them. In the 6th of the match, Oskar Kruuse tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Stig-Åke Wahlström got in the way and made a wonderful save. Ulf Nyberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Karl Vallgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Fagersta bruk's goal looked a bit too open when Edvard Siöberg came free, but Karl Vallgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute, Sivert Erserman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fagersta bruk fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Stig-Åke Wahlström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sivert Erserman in the 15th minute. Landskrona Bois's Stig-Åke Wahlström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oskar Kruuse in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute Oskar Kruuse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig-Åke Wahlström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sivert Erserman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Stig-Åke Wahlström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stig-Åke Wahlström came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Fagersta bruk's Sivert Erserman. But to his dismay, Sivert Erserman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The supporters of Landskrona Bois booed when Fagersta bruk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrik Groth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oskar Kruuse might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stig-Åke Wahlström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oskar Kruuse ran back to his position shaking his head. Oskar Kruuse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Landskrona Bois's zone, Sivert Erserman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stig-Åke Wahlström came out of the goal and Sivert Erserman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oskar Kruuse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Oskar Kruuse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Fagersta bruk's Oskar Kruuse slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Stig-Åke Wahlström. That made the score 3-0 after 40 minutes of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulf Nyberg made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskar Kruuse in the 55th minute of play forced Landskrona Bois's goalkeeper Stig-Åke Wahlström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Fagersta bruk booed when Landskrona Bois was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulf Nyberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Fagersta bruk getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Henrik Groth hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Johannes Lundin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 62 minutes Landskrona Bois's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Björn Harlén who took care of the corner kick. Fagersta bruk's Björn Harlén was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Stig-Åke Wahlström in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Stig-Åke Wahlström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oskar Kruuse in the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Oskar Kruuse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stig-Åke Wahlström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oskar Kruuse's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Fagersta bruk's Oskar Kruuse sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stig-Åke Wahlström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stig-Åke Wahlström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oskar Kruuse, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Oskar Kruuse scored 4-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stig-Åke Wahlström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oskar Kruuse in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stig-Åke Wahlström saved Landskrona Bois from getting behind. If Sivert Erserman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sivert Erserman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Stig-Åke Wahlström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oskar Kruuse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Landskrona Bois's goal looked a bit too open when Oskar Kruuse came free, but Stig-Åke Wahlström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Edvard Siöberg fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Landskrona Bois's protests and gave Edvard Siöberg a yellow card for diving instead. Fagersta bruk's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
