An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörgen Söderberg in the 11th minute of play forced Gällnöby BK's goalkeeper Tom Låsberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabian Engman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute, Jörgen Söderberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Torrböle IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Torrböle IF's goalkeeper Vilgot Nordström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vilgot Nordström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Backman, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Vilgot Nordström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stellan Pilblad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stefan Berg charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stefan Berg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 30 minutes into the match, Gällnöby BK's goal looked a bit too open when Jörgen Söderberg came free, but Tom Låsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tom Låsberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mirolyub Slúnchev went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Tom Låsberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörgen Söderberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ragnar Andreasson hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After 44 minutes of play, Gällnöby BK's Stellan Pilblad made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vilgot Nordström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jörgen Söderberg made a kick off. With his leg Tom Låsberg managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Torrböle IF's Jörgen Söderberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Torrböle IF's Fabian Engman in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Torrböle IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Engman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Jörgen Söderberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tom Låsberg was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Jörgen Söderberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Tom Låsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Stellan Pilblad left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gällnöby BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-6. Svante Svantemann received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tom Låsberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Svante Svantemann slotted it home off the left post making it 2-7 in the 93rd minute. Torrböle IF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
