After 4 played minutes Stehag BK got a freekick which was hit by Bertil Mikaelsson. Bertil Mikaelsson hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Torshälla FK's Robert Håning couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 6th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Stehag BK. 8 minutes into the match, Stehag BK's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Jespersson came free, but Peder Lundhberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eric Jespersson might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peder Lundhberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eric Jespersson ran back to his position shaking his head. Eric Jespersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peder Lundhberg having to interfere. Bertil Mikaelsson hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. If Eric Jespersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thomas Delin hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Conny Siggesson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Jens-Ola Olofsson made a huge save. Ulf Skytt's late challenge caught a Stehag BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ulf Skytt helped the player get up and apologised. After 30 played minutes Torshälla FK got a freekick which was hit by Ulf Skytt. An unexpectedly hard shot by Holger Gadd in the 46th minute of play forced Torshälla FK's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Eliasson in the 48th minute of play forced Stehag BK's goalkeeper Peder Lundhberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Holger Gadd was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Torshälla FK's Eric Jespersson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Peder Lundhberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Conny Siggesson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Torshälla FK booed when Stehag BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pontus Martinsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonas Eliasson took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peder Lundhberg. Peder Lundhberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Eric Jespersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peder Lundhberg having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Conny Siggesson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 74 minutes, Fritz Pååk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Torshälla FK and the Stehag BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 74th minute, Fritz Pååk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Holger Gadd in the 75th minute of play forced Torshälla FK's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonas Eliasson took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peder Lundhberg. Peder Lundhberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 88th minute, Eric Jespersson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eric Jespersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Peder Lundhberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Jonas Eliasson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Peder Lundhberg, 0-4. The Stehag BK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Torshälla FK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
