To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robin Ahlén was a little too slow when Anthon Johansson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-0. A collision led to Ängelholm getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Malte Beckeman hit a great ball. Pontus Josefsson took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Reine Wennersten. Reine Wennersten dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 19 minutes, Jörgen Sörman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vedevåg and the Ängelholm players grew even worse after the yellow card. 19 minutes into the game, one of Vedevåg:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 21st minute there was a penalty for Ängelholm. Gunnar Vallin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Robin Ahlén. 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Magnus Helander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ängelholm's supporters rose to their feet, but Magnus Helander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robin Ahlén breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Robin Ahlén managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Ängelholm's Anthon Johansson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A hard shot 29 in the game by Anthon Johansson from a close distance when the talented Robin Ahlén managed to make a qualified save. Vedevåg's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anthon Johansson got free with Robin Ahlén in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Pontus Josefsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anthon Johansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Magnus Helander to make the kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anthon Johansson couldn't finish the play. Ängelholm's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anthon Johansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Magnus Helander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Ahlén having to interfere. Robin Ahlén stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Magnus Helander's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthon Johansson in the 69th minute of play forced Vedevåg's goalkeeper Robin Ahlén to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reine Wennersten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bror Dalström in the 75th minute of play. In the 80thth minute of the game Magnus Helander who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vedevåg's Robin Ahlén was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felix Asklund during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 80 played minutes Vedevåg got a freekick which was hit by Felix Asklund. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Magnus Helander in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robin Ahlén prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anthon Johansson took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robin Ahlén. Robin Ahlén dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Reine Wennersten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bror Dalström in the 92nd minute. Anthon Johansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 97th minute, Bror Dalström made a precise shot to the right of Reine Wennersten. Ängelholm's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Reine Wennersten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bror Dalström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ängelholm fully deserved thier win.
