Georg Falkrantz came out of the goal and Kenneth Stolpe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nursys Bollklubb's Georg Falkrantz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Ola Ahlstedt in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute of the match Fotball Club Z got a corner. Nursys Bollklubb's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Örjan Viberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to Fotball Club Z getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. William Mogren hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the game, Kenneth Stolpe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Georg Falkrantz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jens-Ola Ahlstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kenneth Stolpe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Nursys Bollklubb booed when Fotball Club Z was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johan Nordmark didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jens-Ola Ahlstedt got in the 34th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Georg Falkrantz handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Kenneth Stolpe put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Georg Falkrantz. In the 39th minute, Johan Nordmark had to leave the field with a concussion. Kjell-Arne Nyström charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kjell-Arne Nyström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sten Klemensson to strike the kick off in the second half. Nursys Bollklubb were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Fotball Club Z's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carl Karlsson took the corner. The crowd rose to their feet as Fotball Club Z's Kenneth Stolpe slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Georg Falkrantz. That made the score 0-3 after 56 minutes of play. Kenneth Stolpe's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute, Georg Falkrantz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jens-Ola Ahlstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Georg Falkrantz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kenneth Stolpe in the 68th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Nursys Bollklubb's Carl Karlsson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Georg Falkrantz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 84 played minutes Fotball Club Z got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Ola Ahlstedt. When Sten Klemensson came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Nursys Bollklubb fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sten Klemensson couldn't finish the play. Georg Falkrantz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Ola Ahlstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Kenneth Stolpe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Georg Falkrantz having to make a save. With a little luck, Nursys Bollklubb's Georg Falkrantz got control of the ball when Kenneth Stolpe tried to sneak it across the goal line.
